I'm feeling 'resistant' this week. I feel vulnerable in my Alexander Technique sessions and don't want to risk my coachs' disapproval. I'm procrastinating, avoiding homework for both voice sessions and acting class. I'm slogging through my physical workouts. And, I'm fighting a compulsion to over eat, especially in the late evenings. Bah, humbug.
Periods of resistance such as this seem to be coeval with periods of growth, for me. Necessary friction.
